It is designed to prepare an executive and enhance their performance in an evolving role, prepare for transfer to a role with new responsibilities, or prepare for advancement to a new role as a promotion.
Development Coaching represents an investment in a promising executive leader. Often associated with succession planning and management, the duration of this form of coaching may last from one to three years, or more, depending on the complexity of the organization and the competency set that the executive is developing.
